Thanks so much to those of you who answered my call for sympathy! I'm sorry that we all seem to suffer this in one form or another, but was so happy to see that it does seem to get better as we go along.
Its also nice to know that Queen Mother knows that the maternal amnesia towards our children does indeed go away and that the children seem to never know the difference...or at least get over it without too much therapy.
