Mission: Peach Preserves

Well...it is underway...I am currently keeping one eye on my peaches which are rapidly cooking down, and about ready to add the sweetening...then cook it some more...and then put it into my jars and process them and let them cool off and put them away for a day in the near future when we get to enjoy them.
