Patting Myself on the Back...Until I Look Down At My Feet

I was all excited because this morning I:

• Washed, dried, folded, and put away 3 loads of laundry
• Picked up all of Captain Chaos books and put them away
• Made a third batch of applesauce in my crockpot
• Swept all my floors and vacuumed my carpet
• Hung the wallpaper cars on Captain Chaos' walls
• Hung the new valances and butterflies in Tiny Princess' room

Then, I realized that tomorrow is my last day with the Cleaning Lady here, and I still need to:

• Put away all the toys (in their appropriate locations)
• Put all the extraneous fresh produce away (don't ask)
• Make at least 2 more batches of applesauce
• Put away all the magazines and books that BB and I have left floating around the house over the last weeks, which I have cleaned AROUND
• Do 3 more loads of laundry
• Iron
• Make my menus and grocery lists for the next 3 weeks

Oh, and somewhere in that list I forgot that I have to do something fabulous and nutritious for dinner tonight...can you say "meatloaf and mashed potatoes"?

Oy!!! I think I need a nap!
