Sunshiny Day

I am so thankful that the sun is shining...I know that it is absolutely frigid outside, with a temperature of a whopping 7 degrees right now. And, for the record, that is 7 above zero...not freezing...YIKES!

But, with the sun shining, it doesn't seem so bad...of course I'm saying that from the comfort of my climate-controlled house, while sitting drinking a cup of hot tea, eating hot soup, wearing a sweatshirt over a t-shirt, jeans, socks, and my fuzzy slippers...but hey! I can only do so much right?!?!?!?

Well, on this sunshiny day, it is official...I am now enrolled and on my way to becoming a Certified Fitness Trainer.

I know that some of you may be thinking...uhhhh...hello? You're overweight, out of shape...how can you be a trainer?!?!?!?

Well, let me tell you that since January 1st, I've already lost 10 pounds, and have gone down an entire size.

I am doing nothing crazy, no pills, no drinks, no out-there-diet of eating only on days ending in Q.

I am simply eating less calories than I expend during the day.

I have started working out daily, using weights, along with my Wii Fit program. I am impressed to see their calculation of my BMI having gone down 1.5 points, and my weight is actually lower on the Balance Board than it is on my scale...

At any rate, I'm thrilled, the housework is done, I've worked out, and am getting ready to eat some lunch.

Toodles!

You would make the best type of physical trainer. Someone that is optimistic, Super excited about making that "goal weight" just like the other person. Good for you on the New Fit Life you have started for yourself. I am visiting from Perfect Moments! Have a good Week!
