random thoughts

Well, my list of things to do didn't get done.

I did get some laundry done, and brought up a tub of lights, and a box of ornaments and some other random decorations.

I put my Christmas towels in the powder room.

I then sat on my rear and watched the History Channel with BB.

I have a hard time when he works from home, and do my best to insure that all my household chores are done before Friday rolls around, as somehow, someway, I end up doing nothing when he is home.

SIGH

Well, tomorrow is another day (a la Scarlett O'Hara), and I will get my Christmas tree put up, lit, and decorated, and I will get the rest of the decorations up.

I am tempted, as BB has gone to bed sick and the kids have been down for an hour, to move the necessary furniture out of the way, and haul out the tubs with the tree, and get it put up and lit tonight, but it's already 9, and I've a bit of a headache.

I have no desire to do anything when BB is home...and so, the other 4 days of the week, when he is at the office, I tend to go into overdrive.

I am, instead, going to sit, knit, and watch yesterday's episode of Days of Our Lives.

Have a good night, and tomorrow I will have pictures of my Christmas tree and decorations to post! Perhaps I'll even get through one or two letters of the alphabet and get some cards done!
