Well, I am definitely feeling much better now that I've had some greasy French Fries and retail therapy...
I loaded up the kiddos, went to Wendy's and picked up lunch, delivered BBs to him, which he got to take to a meeting and eat (lucky him eh?), and then we drove up the road a piece and sat in the parking lot, where Captain Chaos munched on his nuggets and fries, and I think I actually inhaled my burger...I admit, not a particularly good way to go about dropping those pounds, but oh-so-yummy today!
We went in just to pick up diapers and formula (ok, disposable training pants for Capt Chaos), and ended up walking out with some food for Tiny Princess, a new pair of super soft, extra cozy microfleece "lounge pants", a beautiful deep purple long-sleeved t-shirt, and some new squishy socks (that are men's but shhhhh...don't tell anyone!), Veggie Tales "Big River" or whatever their take on Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn will be, and Disney's "Enchanted"...I just love Amy Adams, and cannot wait to see her as the Princess...I love that sort of movie, and it has singing and dancing...I'm excited. Oh, and a bunch of bananas, and a Thomas the Tank Engine pillow for Captain Chaos.
I've unloaded and put everything away (except for the clothes, which I will wash before wearing -see my poll!!!!), and am now procrastinating the dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing of my house.
I have a home show for Princess House on Friday night, and my cleaning lady had to reschedule me until next Tuesday, which is a blessing in disguise. It means that I will have another opportunity to burn calories while I clean the house. I will know that my house is shiny because I did it, not someone else...don't ask, its a pride thing. And, most importantly, it means my house will be CLEAN when we leave for vacation and it won't be on me to do it!!!!!! This also means that it shouldn't need a whole heap of cleaning to get caught up when we get home, which means I can focus on unpacking and grocery shopping the day we get home. Then, the rest of the time, I can focus on having fun with MissionaryMan, his wife and his babies!!!!
YAY!!!!!!!
