YIKES! Has it really been 12 days since my last post?!?!!?

At any rate...let me just say that the vacation recap will come...at some point before we head back for a holiday...

In the meantime...I am sitting watching the midnight Olympic coverage from Friday...yes...we have a DVR and have been recording it...who can stay up until midnight to watch gymnastics?!? Not I...

The greatest thing about DVR? You can fast forward after about 2 minutes of fencing...or rowing...really, who needs to watch ALL the coverage of fencing? I mean...I'm not a fencing fan, so maybe that's my issue... I am also quite amused the "Whitewater" is an Olympic sport...does anyone else find that amusing?

I love the swimming, the gymnastics, and the track & field...the rest I'm ok with checking in on...who knew that archery was so big in China that they won it? eh...

I was planning on a nice, long, catching up post, but Tiny Princess is awake from a very, very short nap...grrrrrr...

She is now eating 3 meals a day in addition to nursing...rolling all around the floor, sitting up all by herself, and it makes me very sad...

And now that she is screaming, I shall sign off, and go get her...perhaps I'll be able to post tomorrow...although if it keeps raining the way it currently is, I shall be moving all the valuable items upstairs, just in case things flood in my basement...do the dog and cats count as valuable?
